Corentyne Coasters is focusing on consulting, athlete and talent
management and personal training.
Owner and founder, Clifford C. Wong is a 1996 Atlanta Olympian representing
his native country of Guyana. He has been involved in sports for over 30 years at the high school, collegiate and professional
level. As a student-athlete at Mount Saint Mary's College, his team won four (4) conference championships. In high school,
he won multiple State Championships as a member of the Forestville High School team. Currently in his 20th season as the Head Boy's
and Girl's Track and field Coach at George C. Marshall High School in Falls Church, VA, the former Director of Operations
for US Elite Track and field International Club and a former personal trainer for Bally's Total Fitness.
Mr. Wong is the founder and co-chairman of Friends of Guyana Athletics
(FOGA), a non-profit organization established in 2001 that focuses on assisting Guyanese athletes with organizing overseas
based athletes to compete for Guyana National Team, organizing teams for domestic and international meets and securing
scholarships for high school athletes.
Class of 1999 graduate of Mount Saint Mary's University (formerly Mount Saint
Mary's College) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Corporate Experience includes working for Marriott International as a Project
Accountant and previously worked for Northrop Grumman, Counter Technologies, Inc., Etrade Bank and an intern in the US House
of Representative and Maryland General Assembly.
Corentyne Coasters mission is to treat people as we would like to be treated and
cater individually to each client's needs.
